a. All products listed on our site have a lead time of minimum 3 working days.
b. Longer lead time for certain products will be specifically mentioned against the product listing. The same will be confirmed to the customer through email/telephone after placing the order.
c. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.
a. Currently we use only one method for domestic shipping i.e. India Post Speed Post Service. This is the most economical method yet fast method of shipment of orders within India.
b. The shipping charges will be paid by the customer and will be indicated clearly while the customer places the order. In case the customer wants to use any other shipping method, he may contact us for an estimate.
c. Usually the delivery is within 3 working days, but the minimum delivery time we expect is 7 days.
a. International customers may choose any of the available methods listed on the order page to get their items shipped. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically and shown clearly to the customer while placing the order.
b. The buyer, is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
a. 3DPrintronics will aim to deliver Products in accordance with the Customer’s order. The Customer’s delivery options, and the prices for them, will be notified to the Customer at the time of order.
b. Delivery will be made to the address as entered by the customer.
c. Times and dates for delivery quoted by 3DPrintronics is approximate only and we shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
d. If any delivery is late, the Customer must notify 3DPrintronics, and we will endeavor to ascertain if the product has been delivered on the expected delivery time to the customer. 3DPrintronics may also, at its discretion, refund the total delivery charge to the Customer. If a revised delivery time is not acceptable 3DP may also, at its discretion, offer an alternative delivery option. 3DP may notify the Customer if 3DP will be unable to fulfill any order for Extended Range Products and will provide alternative options. These are the Customer’s exclusive remedies for late delivery.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change, at any time and without notice. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by the Company, prices are Ex Company’s place of manufacture or distribution of its products. You are liable for all costs of shipping, delivery, insurance and the like after we have delivered the products to the carrier. All prices exclude Central Sales Tax and VAT. The entire payment shall be made against delivery or in advance. All payments must be made without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim. 3DPrintronics reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time.
a. Online Payment: We use PayUPaisa payment gateway for our online payment system. It is a smooth and seamless system, which gives a customer various payment options.
b. Offline Payment: In case the customer does not want to use the online payment system for any reason, or the customer has been given a special rate, he has the option of paying offline by means of a direct bank transfer.

Cancellations and Returns
The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by 3DPrintronics. 3DP may allow an order to be cancelled at its discretion subject to conditions. Orders can only be cancelled before shipping out of the item.
Return and Refund
a. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only on “unaffected” devices up to a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise by the customer. "Unaffected" means a device has never been assembled, powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed. Similarly, for non-electronic items, the Company accepts returns only on unopened items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
b. Returned products must be in the original box and/or packaging. All return charges will be borne by the customer.
c. For returns and refunds the Customer must contact 3DPritronics in advance, obtain the prior consent of 3DPrintronics and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned correspondence). You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return/exchange. You can return the item through a third-party courier service.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract between 3DPrintronics and the Customer as applicable to each Customer order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law and the Customer submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts, but 3DPrintonics may enforce the contract in any court of competent jurisdiction.
