Description

This is a very stable, precise, modular and affordable linear actuator which can be used for automation, DIY CNC/3D Printers and other cool stuff.

It is based on the C Beam Linear Rail and uses the XLarge gantry which offers a wide stance. The actuator moves using a 8mm lead screw running through an anti-backlash nut.

The included gantry cart is capable of being mounted 90 degrees to each other creating either an X/Y system or even an X/Z system for a CNC machine.

It can be easily integrated into any existing system or any new design due to the inherent modularity of the C Beam Linear Rail and the V Slot system.

Note : We provide BLACK color Delrin V Wheels instead of white PC v wheels (as shown in the pictures and video)

• Power Supply - A power supply is required for providing DC current to the Motherboard + stepper driver + stepper motor. We offer Meanwell LRS 350-24 power supply which is a 24VDC, 350 watts and 14 amps psu. Click here to know more about it.

• Coupler - joins the leadscrew to shaft of the motor.We offer coupler of 8mm to 8mm size. Which joins 8mm leadscrew side to 8mm shaft of the motor.

• Motor Mounting Hardware - These fasteners are used for mounting the stepper motor to the linear actuator. It includes - M5 mounting screws (SHCS M5x50mm) -02pcs & M5 Spacers of 40mm length (02 pcs)

• Openbuilds BlackBox Motion Control System X32 - It is a plug & play motherboard/controller for 3 axis motion system. It can run 4 stepper motors (X,Y & Z). No external drivers are required as it has inbuilt drivers. Just connect a power supply and stepper motors to it and start running your motors with openbuilds control software.

• Cable For Motor - Use this high quality, 4 core, shielded cable for extending stepper motor cables. These are shielded cables hence electromagnetic interference is minimal.Use these Shielded Cables for connecting your stepper motors to motherboard & Drivers.
