How to Place Order

• In the tool, select the type of extrusion you want to order
• Add details of length, tapping or counter bore holes in the table
• Proceed to checkout, you will complete the order within the custom tool
• The custom tool is exclusively for extrusion orders (presently only V Slot). You will have to use the main website for any other products to be ordered.

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping is applicable where all lengths of an order are up to 1000mm. If any length exceeds 1000mm, we will charge shipping even if the cart shows 'Free Shipping'. In that case, we will send you details of applicable shipping and payment link to complete the order.

• All extrusions are shipped through DELHIVERY ground shipping (they are heavy). Shipping time varies between 6-7 working days from shipping date. We request you to be patient in this regard.

1) Straight profiles - These T slot profile are as straight as it can get. Bent or twisted profiles is a clear no go for the frame which will make the entire frame skewed. These profiles have minimum deviation.

2) Perfect cut length - We offer exact cut lengths as per your design. We use high end industrial cutting machines for cutting these profiles instead of using a hand grinder, chopsaw or a hacksaw. CUTTING SERVICE IS FREE.

3) 90 degree cuts - This is the most important aspect when working with aluminium profiles. If the profiles are not cut at exactly 90 degree one can never get a perfect join between two profiles and this will make the entire frame skewed. We offer perfect 90 degree cuts using our industrial aluminium profile cutting machines.

4) Clean cuts - Our profile ends have extremely clean cuts without any burrs or melted aluminium sticking on the face. Clean cuts allow for a better join between the profiles.

5) Load Capacity - These profiles offer much better load capacity as compared to other non standard profiles. These profiles will be able to handle the stress forces generated during high speed movement of machines like 3d printers, CNC, laser etc.

6) Clear Anodized - All these profiles are clear anodized with uniform finish. Our profiles have smooth finish, they don't have any scratches, dents or marks like cheap aluminium profiles which are available in the market.

7) Secure packaging - All our profiles are packed with high quality corrugated industrial packing material. They are properly shrink wrapped to avoid any scratches or marks.
