• Clean cuts - Our profile ends have extremely clean cuts without any burrs or melted aluminium sticking on the face. Clean cuts allow for a better join between the profiles.
  
• Load Capacity - These profiles offer much better load capacity as compared to other non standard profiles. These profiles will be able to handle the stress forces generated during high speed movement of machines like 3d printers, CNC, laser etc.

• In the tool, select the type of extrusion you want to order
• Add details of length, tapping or counter bore holes in the table
• Proceed to checkout, you will complete the order within the custom tool
• The custom tool is exclusively for extrusion orders (presently only V Slot). You will have to use the main website for any other products to be ordered.

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping is applicable where all lengths of an order are up to 1000mm. If any length exceeds 1000mm, we will charge shipping even if the cart shows 'Free Shipping'. In that case, we will send you details of applicable shipping and payment link to complete the order.

• All extrusions are shipped through DELHIVERY ground shipping (they are heavy). Shipping time varies between 6-7 working days from shipping date. We request you to be patient in this regard.
